  The Challenge 
 We are seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager to build and lead our Product Growth initiative. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role will define the growth strategy and roadmap to enable sellers and buyers organic expansion and amplify the network effect on our platform. You'll be working inside a team or across teams depending on the problem and the initiatives.
 You'll be a key player in accelerating our expansion in a mature market while driving our international growth. This is an opportunity to build Product Growth from the ground up, both in terms of strategy and in terms of Ways of Working.
