Principal Game Designer
. This is a Principal‑level design leadership role, focused on ownership, strategic influence, and accountability for the overall player experience and commercial success of the title.

We are looking for a proven design leader who excels at driving game experience, progression, and engagement in products that have already undergone significant development and are now ready for refinement, optimisation, and growth.

The game is a mobile free-to-play social bingo product with a real‑money component, built on Unity and currently in soft-launch. You will step into a well‑established, cross‑functional team of approximately 20 full‑time staff, including a Product Owner, Project Manager, Art Director, 2D Artists and Animators, QA Testers, Front‑End and Back‑End Engineers, Community Manager and DevOps.
