Job Description

 Responsibilities 
- Responsibility for accounting and month-end close activities, including oversight of transactional processing by the shared service organization (SSO), for a group of M&A entities in the DACH region
- Responsibility for Statutory, VAT and TAX compliance of the M&A entities in the DACH region
- Drive integration of M&A entities into future Waters controls and processes
 Qualifications 
Education: Full membership of recognized accounting body; or equivalent accounting / tax qualification
Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a European Accounting position
Audit background in an international audit firm or internal audit function
Demonstrated relationship with tax authorities in the DACH region
Strong knowledge of US GAAP as well as STAT, TAX and VAT rules of the DACH region countries, demonstrated both in theory and practice
SAP, Excel, MS Office ...
