Principal Exchange Engineer

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Principal Exchange Engineer** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.** The position is **onsite.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Exchange Server environments to ensure reliable and secure messaging infrastructure
+ Troubleshoot complex mail flow, connectivity, permissions, and filtering issues, escalating when needed and resolving high-impact incidents
+ Lead the development and documentation of system processes and train team members to ensure operational consistency and knowledge transfer
+ Monitor performance, capacity, and backups; perform test restores and implement system updates, patches, and improvements
+ Design and implement Exchange-related components, tools, and enhancements to support enterprise infrastructure and collaboration
