• Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will provide strategic and technical direction across a portfolio of rail projects, ensuring high standards of engineering quality, safety, and operational performance.
• You will work closely with clients, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver practical and commercially successful solutions across a range of rail infrastructure programmes.
• Alongside technical leadership responsibilities, you will contribute to business growth initiatives, mentor engineering professionals, and help strengthen the organisation's position within the rail sector.
