Principal Engineer Quality Management

Key Responsibilities

• Act as IFX quality ambassador.
• Influence subcon's quality culture and mindset with IFX's culture and mindset.
• Train subcon with IFX quality management practice and deploy the implementation.
• Integrate resources internally and externally to enable subcon's quality management process, establish the process capability in developing and manufacturing automotive grade product.
• Closely work with development and engineering team to develop automotive grade product through APQP process.
• Participate project milestone assessment review and release.
• Participate production readiness assessment identify weakness and drive improvement.
• Support development 8D.
• Maintain the production of automotive grade product through all production control processes such as IQC, IPQC, OQC, reliability assessment etc.
