• Design & Engineering
• Lead end-to-end design activities for Earthing & Grounding Systems and Lightning
• Protection Systems (LPS) in line with international standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, etc.).
• Review, validate, and approve detailed engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and
• technical documents.
• Provide technical expertise for complex and large-scale projects across industrial,
• commercial, and utility sectors.
• Ensure optimized and cost-effective designs without compromising safety, quality, or
• compliance.
• Software & Technical Tools
• Utilize and guide the team on CDEGS / ETAP software for grounding, earthing, and safety
• analysis (knowledge is a strong advantage).
• Ensure accuracy of simulations, soil resistivity analysis, touch & step potential calculations,
• and risk assessments.
• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and groom the design team to build strong ...
