Job Description:

This position has full ownership and responsibility for managing: New Product Development, Firmware, and existing product VAVE projects for DC Power Business Unit.  

Hardware design & development of rectifier product projects, creating timeline and, organizing collaborative meetings and ensuring project comply with specifications, timelines. Peer review project work for technical accuracy. Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve product line and production efficiency. Handle and solve market plus production problems. Perform other duties as assigned. Being part of Global Engineering Function, it is expected to follow the defined processes and adhere to defined communication plan.
