Principal Engineer / Design Engineer

We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical / Structural / Marine Engineer to lead the design and structural development of advanced marine systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and has deep expertise in classification-led marine structural design, analysis, and approval.
What You’ll Bring
~ Degree in Naval, Mechanical, Structural, or Marine Engineering
~5–10 years’ experience designing marine structures for class approval
~ Strong 3D modelling and parametric design experience
~ Proficiency in Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor, or similar CAD tools
~ Expertise in structural analysis, including FEA and hand calculations
~ Proven ability to translate complex load cases into validated structural designs
~ Experience working directly with classification societies (DNV, LR, NK, etc.)
~ Strong understanding of DFMA, structural integrity, and manufacturability
