We are looking for a seasoned Head – Design & Engineering to lead the design and engineering function for large-scale AI/Data Center infrastructure projects.

About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will drive end-to-end design strategy, ensuring concepts are translated into scalable, execution-ready engineering solutions across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering across Electrical, HVAC & Civil systems
• Drive detailed engineering for EPC execution
• Manage global consultants (AECOM, Jacobs, TCE, etc.)
• Ensure design standardization across sites
• Lead BIM / digital twin adoption
• Own design reviews, value engineering & compliance
• Ensure high availability design (N+1 / 2N redundancy...
