You’ll collaborate on projects of various scales, ranging from new build to renewal, maintenance, and assessment works for leading clients across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on highway infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and coach team members and take responsibility for their technical development.
• Liaise with key clients to discuss design and technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Liaise with Practice Managers to ensure that projects are sufficiently resourced.
• Delegate work to team members, set deliverables and monitor progress.
• Identify and respond to project commercial risks and opportunities.
