**Role description**

**The opportunity**
Unity is making a strategic investment in its ability to directly measure the effectiveness of its advertising products—specifically, whether a given ad drove an install—without relying exclusively on third-party mobile measurement partners (MMPs). The Senior Director of Product Management for Ads Measurement will lead this effort. This role owns the vision and execution of Unity’s self-attribution capabilities, ensuring Unity can independently measure ad performance, develop reliable sources of ground truth for AI/ML optimization, and define a clear, intentional relationship with the MMP ecosystem.
