Principal Electronics Engineer

The role is based in Crawley and requires office working of 3:4 days a week.

Salary: GBP 65,000 – GBP 75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electronic and electrical design across the full lifecycle
• Define system architecture including power and PCB design
• Provide expertise across EMC, power management, and control systems
• Identify risks and ensure robust project delivery
• Mentor and support engineers
• Contribute to bids and stakeholder engagement

Experience Required

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in a relevant environment
• Strong circuit design and system-level understanding
• Experience leading projects or teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Desirable

• Chartered Engineer status
• Experience with EMC, motors/driv...
