Principal Database Specialist

If you’ve built, stabilized, tuned, and rescued Oracle databases in real production environments — this one’s for you.

We’re looking for experienced Oracle DBAs with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle 12c / 19c, especially in RAC, ASM, and Data Guard environments. This role involves working on mission-critical database infrastructure across on-prem and cloud setups, where performance, high availability, and automation are key.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

- Solid experience managing RAC & ASM environments

- Hands-on experience configuring and testing Data Guard failover scenarios

- Strong SQL / PL-SQL and Shell scripting skills

- Experience analyzing AWR / ADDM reports for performance tuning

- Exposure to OCI / AWS / Azure
