Principal Data Operations Analyst (Contract Role)

Role Overview

In this role, you will become part of the Performance Excellence Pillar. The role is intended to work on Quality escape, RCA, KPI, and strategic prediction by analyzing data across countries and clusters. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement projects and deliver the expected business impacts. You will work closely with Process Engineers, BAU Leads, Transformation on compliance-related initiatives and local projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU (Business as Usual) processes and drive convergence of processes and tools
• Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs
• Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures, mapping business processes and capturing and sharing best practices between the respective countries and regions
