Principal Data Governance Analyst

The Global People Analytics & Experience Center of Excellence (GPA&E COE) team at Fresenius Medical Care provides workforce insights and solutions that support the achievement of business imperatives, helps identify solutions to key challenges, and uncovers opportunities to improve the people experience and success of Fresenius Medical Care. As a member of the team, the Sr Data Governance Analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert that will consult closely with the business to develop and maintain the global Human Resources (HR) data governance framework that will support the delivery of solutions to enable key business decisions.

Under guidance of the Manager, HR Data Governance, the incumbent will be responsible for executing global data governance and data quality strategies for HR data at Fresenius Medical Care.
