Principal Consultant - Fire & Life Safety

WSP Middle East are seeking a Principal Consultant – Fire & Life Safety to join our team in Riyadh. In this leadership role, you will oversee fire protection design, risk assessments, and compliance activities across major projects. You will provide strategic direction, manage client relationships, and ensure adherence to both the Saudi Building Code (SBC 201 and SBC 801) and international standards (NFPA, IBC, BS, and others).



+ **Strategic Leadership:** Provide technical and managerial leadership for Fire & Life Safety projects across the region.

+ **Design Oversight:** Lead and review fire protection system designs, including fire alarms, suppression, and fire stopping systems for complex projects.

+ **Compliance & Inspection:** Ensure all designs and installations comply with Saudi and international codes; conduct audits and inspections.
