They are experienced and informed leaders that operate at the sharp end of all consulting 360 activities. High leadership, low management responsibilities allow time, freedom and autonomy to deliver exceptional customer (Client & Candidate) management, client development, customer experience and manage all aspects of the vacancy lifecycle management.
