Position Overview 

As a Project Sourcing Manager for the Battery Solutions business, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing global sourcing and purchasing strategies for direct commodities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:  
 Lead the selection, assessment, and strategic evaluation of suppliers within assigned material categories.
Analyze market and supplier data, profile material fields, and define optimal sourcing strategies, including supplier selection and negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions, to maximize profitability and business performance.
Own supplier management activities including supplier selection, performance monitoring and communication, supplier evaluations, strategic supplier classification, and supplier development to ensure a robust and optimized supply chain.
