Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Principal/Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure / Cloud Platform) for a top regulated-industry client supporting one of its highest-priority modernization programs. This role sits within Corporate Cloud Infrastructure/Platform Engineering but is fully aligned to a program delivery team, operating as a senior technical leader responsible for designing and delivering Azure infrastructure at sprint cadence. The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on with Azure landing zones, networking, identity/RBAC, security controls, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and is comfortable making technical decisions, removing blockers, and driving outcomes with significant autonomy. This is a high-visibility position aligned to an enterprise IT modernization roadmap balancing delivery speed with governance, security, and operational readiness.
