My client is looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to join their team in their London office. The candidate will have extensive experience working on UK based projects. They must have experience in delivering projects similar to the type they mainly work on which includes private residential, new-build housing estate developments, education, commercial, industrial and urban regeneration projects.
They currently have a diverse range of independent civil led projects and are also working on projects in close conjunction with the structural teams. Their portfolio of work includes private residential, new build housing estate developments, education and urban regeneration.
The candidate should be a chartered member of the ICE and will be competent in undertaking the design and preparation of the following;
·Flood risk assessments
·Detailed design of SuDS & drainage
·Earthworks
·S106 applications...
