JOB DESCRIPTION To synthesise new products for Ecolab and drive innovation (Ion Exchange resins, adsorbents, chromatography media, resins for bioprocessing, etc). Perform optimisation exercises to improve process efficiency and reduce costs. To work both independently and with existing RD&E staff, ensuring safe and most effective practices.
