Team Overview
The Communications and Fraud Solutions team drives growth by developing innovative voice and fraud prevention solutions for the telecommunications ecosystem. This team partners closely with Product, Sales, and Technology to identify market opportunities, shape solution strategy, and expand TransUnion’s presence across carriers and enterprise clients. The role operates within a global, matrixed environment supporting senior leadership across the business. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
The Sr. Director, Business Development leads market expansion and partnership strategy for Voice Services across the U.S. and Canada, driving new revenue opportunities and advancing TransUnion’s position in the communications and fraud ecosystem.
