Job Description

This is a varied and influential position, combining technical expertise, leadership, client engagement, and commercial responsibility. You will work within UKAS-accredited systems, supporting public and private sector clients while helping to develop people, processes, and performance.

Salary: £43,000 – £46,000 + overtime, travel & subsistence
Location: Midlands & surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role

As a Principal Asbestos Consultant, you will act as a technical and operational lead, supporting the delivery of asbestos consultancy services across a range of contracts and projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting regional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safe delivery
  • Managing and overseeing client contracts, maintaining strong working relationships
  • Delivering and overseeing complex asbestos projects from quotation through to completion
