**Role Summary**

We are seeking a Principal Application & Product Architect to provide technical leadership for the TeamMate product suite, with a strong emphasis on security, FedRAMP compliance, and customer‑facing technical leadership.

This role is responsible for defining and governing application and platform architecture, partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering Leadership, and serving as a trusted technical authority for internal teams, auditors, and customers. The Principal Architect plays a critical role in ensuring TeamMate solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with long‑term product strategy.
