1. Project management for NPI(New Product Introduction)/NTI(New Technology Introduction): Supplier
Development Engineer to ensure supplier deliver good quality product & process and in time to meet Onsemi
time to market requirement.
2. Quality improvement initiative for release products: Drive initiative in poor performing supplier to meet Onsemi
quality expectation.
3. Technical support & alignment with manufacturing site: Work closely with site to co-develop quality synergy.
4. Perform Audit especially for new supplier
5. Perform & coordinate Backend supplier quality risk management and drive improvement plan

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering preferable mechanical engineering
 Expert level in supplier process and technology especially in design, manufacturing & process engineering
for metal cooler fab...
