Overview

As the Prime Contract Manager/ Project Lawyer, you will support the company's activities and operations in both Toronto and Moosonee, Ontario, advancing the development of a new healthcare facility. The WAHA Redevelopment Project is a 1.8B initiative in Moosonee, Ontario aimed at strengthening healthcare through the delivery of a state‑of‑the‑art hospital and healthcare facility comprising 4 buildings – Hospital, Long Term Care Facility, Staff & Patient Accommodations. This role is based in the Toronto office.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project team to manage the main contract and all contracts required for execution.
• Meet with the client, partners, designers, third parties and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance with all stakeholders.
