As the Project Lawyer, you will work closely with a diverse project team to oversee complex contractual obligations and ensure compliance with all stakeholders. Your negotiation skills will play a vital role in drafting agreements, managing disputes, and ensuring contractual clarity across departments involved in the $1.8 billion initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage execution of main and subcontract agreements
• Engage with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate contractual correspondence
• Supervise compliance with change order processes
• Manage and resolve formal disputes and claims
Requirements:
• Law degree with licensing in Ontario
