Location: Neath Port Talbot. Immediate Start. Pay: £85.50 per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support within the Foundation Phase.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
• Assist with classroom activities.
• Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working within the Foundation Phase.
• Experience providing one‑to‑one support.
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
