Prospero Teaching are seeking a resilient and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a specialist provision in Wickford, starting ASAP. This role involves working with behavioural support students in smaller class settings, supporting pupils who have been removed from mainstream education or placed within Alternative Provisions. The school is looking for a practitioner with strong behaviour management, emotional resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils re‑engage with learning.
