Primary Teacher

New Directions Education is currently seeking qualified and committed Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools in Leeds. These roles offer flexibility and variety, covering short‑term, long‑term, and day‑to‑day assignments to meet the needs of partner schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to gain valuable classroom experience, maintain a positive work‑life balance, and work within supportive and diverse school environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of pupils and school requirements
