Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
Experience
- Previous teaching experience in a Primary school setting is essential.
- Experience across multiple key stages or in SEND/EAL support is desirable but not required.
- Experience in intervention work or delivering targeted support is advantageous.
Skills
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
