The successful candidate will:

Be an excellent classroom practitioner with experience in primary education
Have a strong understanding of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
Create engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
