Support Staff Wanted – Enhanced Learning Provisions, Merton
Do you have a calm head, a kind heart, and a knack for helping young people feel safe and understood? We’d love to hear from you.
We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Merton who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions. These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school.
This isn’t about standing at the side of the classroom. It’s about being a steady presence, building trust, and helping pupils find their feet.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to keep days calm and purposeful
Helping young people regulate emotions, stay engaged, and feel understood
