Primary Support Engineer, SAP S4 BASIS - HANA. The role will report directly to the Regional Manager, APAC South SAP Delivery. The Primary Support Engineer will be based in Japan and may work from a remote office.

The role of the Primary Support Engineer, SAP S4 BASIS - HANA along with PI/PO and open text is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting of multiple Client Architectures, and implementations for our global clients who use 4.x, ECC and S4 HANA environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
