Primary SEN Tutor - 15 Hours

Overview

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated SEND Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition for a Year 5 pupil in Harlow.

The student is in year 5 and requires support with his numeracy and literacy skills. It is required that the tutor has knowledge and experience of EYFS strategies and an understanding of ASD.

Key Details

• Location: Child's Home in Harlow
• Hours: 15 Hours (5 days x 3 hours)
• Subjects: Numeracy & Literacy to EYFS Curriculum
• SEN Experience: required

Responsibilities

In this role, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to close learning gaps, build confidence, and help pupils re-engage with their education. Many of the young people you will support have been out of formal schooling for a period of time, so patience, encouragement, and a flexible teaching approach are essential.
