These long-term supply opportunities are ideal for Early Career Teachers who are looking to gain valuable experience while benefitting from consistency and support. You will be working across primary school settings, delivering high-quality teaching while developing your classroom practice in a stable, long-term role. This position is well suited to ECTs seeking confidence-building experience across the primary age range.

Duties as Primary School Teacher (ECT):

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain high expectations
