Primary HLTA – B47 Area – £122‑£142 per day | September 2026 Start. Aspire People is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Primary HLTA to join a welcoming school in the B47 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils and helping them thrive in the classroom.

Role

• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range
• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Provide targeted intervention support to pupils
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to raise attainment

Requirements

• HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for supporting children's education and development
