The Primary Ground Paramedic provides advanced life support care to patients in both emergency and non-emergency settings. This role includes assessing patient conditions, performing advanced medical interventions within CareFlite's scope of practice, and ensuring safe and timely transport. The Paramedic collaborates with EMT partners, dispatch, and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards.
