Humana's Primary Care Organization provides senior-focused, value-based care through the CenterWell and Conviva brands.

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is looking for a Variable Staffing Pool (VSP) Physician to provide outpatient primary care coverage for senior patients in Powdersville, SC. This is an onsite role that reports to the Associate Medical Director and offers a flexible schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.

**What You'll Do**

+ You will provide comprehensive primary care services for senior patients.
+ You will manage chronic and complex medical conditions.
+ You will coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary care team members.
+ You will complete accurate clinical documentation.
+ You will support preventive care programs and positive patient outcomes.
