**Job Summary:**

TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee servicing a loyal and growing patient population in the greater Nashville area.

**Qualifications**

+ Board Certified/Board Eligible by the ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine
+ TN Licensure or ability to obtain
+ DEA with full prescriptive authority
+ Interest in providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse population in an outpatient setting
+ Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

**Practice Setting**

+ Established, well-managed, primary care practice, outpatient only
+ One Location, Office located very near hospital
+ Full Time, Schedule M-F, ½ day on Fridays
+ Busy Practice with growing community need
