**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Board certified or board eligible
+ Practicing physicians and new grads are encouraged to apply
+ Rural Health Center - you may qualify for **NHSC loan forgiveness** **and visa sponsorship**
+ Incoming candidate will join one other physician. Practice is well supported by APPs, CMAs and LPNs
+ Practice hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
+ Outpatient only
