**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic (Contract)**

**Location:** Outpatient / Community Health
**Start Date:** June 15, 2026
**Duration:** 13 weeks
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM range)

**Overview**

Seeking an experienced LPN with a background in primary care, urgent care, or community health. This role supports a fast-paced outpatient clinic.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform patient triage (phone and walk-in)
+ Assist with clinical procedures
+ Administer immunizations, allergy, and hormone injections
+ Review and process lab results; communicate results to patients
+ Room patients and support clinic flow
+ Maintain accurate documentation

**Requirements**

+ Active MA LPN license
+ 1+ year of relevant clinical experience

**Note:** Immunization-only (flu/COVID) experience will not be considered.
