As our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will help patients at our Chino Valley Primary Care Clinic in Arizona receive comprehensive and compassionate medical care so they can achieve optimal health outcomes and well-being. You will be a vital member of our healthcare team, delivering high-quality primary care services within a supportive environment.
Every day you will provide healthcare to patients, acting as an advanced practice provider, including evaluation, monitoring, diagnostics, therapeutics, counseling, and referrals.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
