Job Responsibilities
Patient Reception & Customer Service
- Welcoming patients and checking them in for appointments.
- Answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and booking appointments.
- Managing the patient waiting area and maintaining a professional environment.
GP Administration
- Processing patient registrations, referrals, and medical records.
- Handling incoming clinical post, emails, and electronic tasks.
- Utilising medical software (e.g., EMIS Web, SystmOne) to update patient files.
- Liaising with hospitals, pharmacies, and external healthcare providers.
- Performing venepuncture for adult patients.
