**Job Summary:**

Vista Family Health is seeking an experienced primary care Advance Practice Provider to join our team in Arden, North Carolina.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
+ BLS, ACLS/PALS certification
+ 2+ years as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in a primary care setting preferred
+ Candidates must be able to see patients of all ages
+ Please note that this position does not offer visa support

**Position Highlights:**

+ Incoming candidate will join a team of 3 Physicians and 1 APP
+ Existing patient panel
+ Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
+ Outpatient only
