With limited direction, within an assigned functional unit, this position is responsible for providing cost estimating support on complex and FFP proposals and contracts with the primary responsibility to evaluate estimate realism and risk through consideration of contract type and prior related contract performance. Ensures cost estimates are developed in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications, meet overall corporate policies and objectives. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of appropriate cost, contractual, schedule, and technical elements.
