Pricing Specialist - Industrial Projects (Logistics)

Overall Purpose

Support all Tender and Pricing initiatives and deliverables. Win more business by pushing for competitive rates.

Job Duties

• Assist in monitoring all IP O&E inquiries especially for project shipment
• Maintain and submit rate for IP O&E Global Contract Rate
• Assist in supporting Operation Coordinator Team in preparing selling rates for RFQ, Spot Quote inquiry and other related IP O&E customers
• Maintain good relationship with carriers and co-loaders on local level or from overseas, especially for Project shipment and O&E customers, negotiating ad hoc rates
• Maintain good relationship with IP local agents, negotiating ad hoc rates
• Maintain good relationship with new and existing IP customers
• Monitor process for project shipment from providing rate to project completion and cargo delivery to ensure smooth operation
