Pricing Specialist

Main tasks:

• Receiving and processing customer spot requests for quotes and other inquiries, in some cases clarifying if necessary.
• Contacting appropriate origin/destination pricing teams for spot rates, compiling rates/creating spot offer from Quoteshop
• Submitting offer in various ways (via email, via tool/platform like GT Nexus/OTM/Keelvar)
• Updating and distributing spot quotes to various stations
• Continuously monitoring customer spot quotes and inquiries
• Coordinating the accurate execution of won business with the countries and informing the customer as necessary.
• Proactively communicating information regarding the status of quotes and inquiries, as well as any potential issues to the customer, and
• taking or initiating immediate corrective and preventive actions.
