Pricing & Payments Manager, Partner Strategy & Experience

We are looking for a Pricing & Payments Manager to lead the Pricing, Incentives, Payments & Disputes function within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of partner pricing models, incentive programs, payment accuracy, and dispute resolution across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs — EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large).

As a People Manager, you will lead and develop a team of specialists, set the strategic direction for pricing and payment mechanisms, build scalable processes, and drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure partner economics are competitive, accurate, and sustainable.
